The Sensory & Brewing Lab is specifically for Coffee Appraisers, SCA Sensory Courses, SCA Gold Cup Brewing Courses, and Elite Training Classes.
Based on WBC Competition specifications, each brewing station can be set to 9 different modes.
Redlighting in a dark environment helps mask the color differences of the coffee and the cupping cups.
