Operation modes are designed for refined processing with high-performance small-scale hulling and husking machines.
At the Coffee Processing Lab we have a detachable giant coffee fruit model that allows participants to learn the structure of the coffee fruit along with coffee producing regions.
This lab is located near Taiwan's Coffee producing areas, with field trips, lectures and a lab that combines indoor theory with outdoor practice.
CQI created a post-coffee processing certification course called Q Processing in 2017. This course was designed to enhance coffee practitioners's knowledge and skills in harvesting, selection, hulling,
   fermenting, drying, shelling, grading, and storage.
