In recent years, the bakers from Taiwan have won numerous grand prizes at the international baking competitions, and their strengths have long been recognized.

 



 
 
Feeling 18℃ Hand Made Chocolate, earnestly devoted to the baking industry for a long time, has a strong product development capability from chocolate to cake, ice cream, jam, and various Chinese and Western desserts.
Their frequent participations in various international competitions and related activities enable Feeling 18℃ closely related to the worldwide bakery industry.
This is why the CH Biotech Baking Lab, at the beginning of its establishment, chose to cooperate with the Feeling18℃.

With this help, the CH Biotech Baking Lab will invite internationally and domestically renowned bakers and chefs to hold baking workshops for the bakery lovers.
These domestic and foreign masters with 100 years of excellent inheritance and amazing creativity will take our Baking Lab as a starting point, shorten the distance between baking fields abroad or at home, and share the baking secrets in a spirit of non-selfishness.
We do not stick to the regular recipes, do not teach the unchangeable steps, but we do base on the spirit of science to discuss with the students on the physical and chemical changes or theory behind all the ingredients during the different phases of baking,
so that we can together make progress and create the possibility of delicacies. CH Biotech Baking Lab have brought in state-of-the-art baking facilities all over the world, and created a ten-of-million-grade professional kitchen.
As a result, students have chances to observe the best state of their baking productions presented by the performance of the top-end equipment.

The Baking Lab is not only a hall for learning, but also a paradise for joint research, developing and brainstorming. The comprehensive nature of the course will range from basic desserts, bread, cooking to advanced techniques.
